Man, I realllllly suck at this blogging thing

Why cant i get on here and do this more often? I mean, its not like im not on the pc everyday of my life lol. If i had a dollar for every hour i spend in front of either my work pc or my laptop, I could retire! Anyhow, here's whats up with us...

Kids have been gone to Chris' house for nearly 2 weeks. I MISS THEM! They come back Sunday night though! Rhys has been in the Outer Banks for the last week with his friend, friends mom and sis and sis' friend. He is HOMESICK lol but coming home today, is actually leaving in about an hour. Ive been working, same old same old. THings at work suck right now, lots of changed going on, and not for hte better. I just hope I can adapt....but thats hard to do when your manager doesnt play by the rules...but what can ya do, right? Do you best and hope it all works out.

The garage is coming along. New windows, doors, siding and electrical. Next week phone and cable go in, then insulation and sheetrock, flooring and paint and then I move in! Im kind of excited, but will miss my little house and really being on my own, and its going to be REALLY hard moving into my parents, that a LOT of people under one roof/garage lol.

Today is the 4th, going to Lisa and Erics for a cookout and then off to the fireworks. I still hvae a lot of things i need to get done before the kiddos come home sunday....laundry mainly. I swear I think it BREEDS!

Oh! Lisa and I are going to Myrtle Beach in August! Kinda spur of the moment thing, hopefully she can save the $ to go. I know I can, and im going with or without her lol. I promised my kids a trip there this summer and by God were going! Just a short one though, fri sat and sun, come back monday....but hey its better than nothing and i cant WAIT. Myrtle has to be one of my fav places in the world.

This was NOT a relaxing Sunday

I spent the day working at home. So much for the day of rest lol. Got up and made eggs n toast for all of us, then cleaned up the kitchen. Then I got started on the den. I rearranged it, cleaned out the computer armoir and got it ready for the NEXT big endeavor in my life. I applied for work at home at Citi, where I currently work, and my manager told me this week that I have it, tho its not been offered officially just yet, that will probably come this week. Training will start on the 23rd this month andthey want us home working by months end. Im very excited about it, something in me tells me its the thing to do. There are whispers at work right now taht the site may be on its way to a strictly work at home or at least mostly work at home site for Citi. I will miss all my friends, as I have many there and I love interacting with them, but I need a change.

On the move, Dad said in about 4 to 6 weeks but I have a feeling it may be a little longer than that. I wihs I knew a deffinate date though. I hate the whole "up in the air" thing. Makes me feel completely out of control and I do NOT like that at all.

Jessi has a birthday in 2 weeks, she will be 6! I cant believe it, shes growing up so fast. All three kids are doing great in school. Jessi stayed the same in everything, and Michael and Rhys both went up. Michael went up a grade in EVERY subject and Rhys brought two of his up, way to go guys! Jessi is behaving better, so far, knock on wood lol. Well I guess thats it for now, gotta get kids bathed, in jammies and off to bed soon. This time change has me ALL outta whack!

Ya know it kinda sucks...

...when NO ONE reads your blog. Granted, I dont post a ton, but still, you would think SOMEONE would comment on it once in a while, geez.

I feel terrible

I dont know what is going on with me lately. I feel like Im trying to get sick, but its not a full blown sickenss, if that makes any sense. Also my neck, shoulders and clavicle area hurt 24/7 and the constant pain is REALLY starting to wear me down. Ive taken two sick days this week because of it. I dont know what it oculd be other than maybe my posture, but Im not sitting any differently than usual. Maybe I should just break down and go to the dr and see what he says. But thats another bill that I really dont need right now.

The kids are with Chris this weekend....been three weeks since he's seen them. He made a full c/s payment today, that was nice....but he still owes me A LOT of money. My lawyer is working on my case and hopefully by this summer this problem will be resolved through the courts. I also have some big news....Im moving in with mom and dad to help them out. The stable is not doing so good with the bad economy....horses are a luxury item, and right now more and more people do nothave $ for their luxuries. They are down to like 8 horses now, about to lose another one...and they usually have 20 some horses in the barn. To hear dad talk, their about to lose their home and if I dont do this they will have no where to go. I dont mind doing it really, Id do ANYTHING for my family, I could never tell them no....but its going to be so hard to give up my little house and my privacy and freedom. I hope its enough to really help them. Dad plans on converting the garage into a small apartment type space for me and jessi, michael and rhys will room together in the main house. THe kids are excited....im just stressed. I HATE moving...I hate packing and setting up house. Ive moved SO many times in hte last 9 years....I hate it. And to add to the chaos, mom got a new dog this week, another chihuahua. A gift from me to cheer her up, and it owrked, but now we will have 5 dogs and 1 cat on the property once I move in. God help us lol. Im also rethinking my weight loss surgery....just seems like it might be too much going on at one time and maybe I should wait til next year.

ANyhow, thats whats going on at the moment. Also, tomorrow is valentines day...oh yippie....I HATE valenines day....

Another day off

I switched my days off so Im at home today, again....going stir crazy! I have to go pick up Michael from mom and dads, probably stop by the vet to get a collar for Tobey....he wont leave his incision alone! I hate to make him wear one....but I dont think I have another choice.

Jessi is cleaning her room, setting up all her ponies and making it a "pony room" lol. I woke up this morning and she had turned on the tv, made her own bowl of cereal and was watching disney lol. Ok....gotta go...dog in pain...ugh

Another snow day in East Tn

Its so pretty outside today. Its been snowing off and on since Monday afternoon. Supposed to keep up till tomorrow am I think. Kids are out of course, and I took vacation days yest and today. Michael and rhys are having a sleepover and Jessi just got in from sledding with Brooklyn...she was so cold when she got in lol! Her little face was all red and she was frozen! But she had fun,they went out in the cow pasture out back on the hills lol. Im playing aorund on the laptop, need to get started cleaning the house....its a MESS! Got the kids a Wii this weekend....we ALL love it! Lots of fun....and we got Tobey too! He's such a cutie! He got back from the vets yesterday ....he's now an "it" lol, and got his shots done too. $100 for everything! Thats WAY cheap around here...most places wanted no less than $165 just for the neuter! We went to Dr Sanders, hes new, and he's great...his wife and his kids, and himself of course lol, all live in this cabin out on the highway, and all work together in the clinic...really family oriented and friendly. I hope his biz picks up and he stays around. We will definatley use him in the future for all three pets. Well, off to clean the house I go....

So...I bought myself a new toy last night

I got my first ever laptop pc last night at Best Got a toshiba satelite and Imust say...Im in love lol. Built in web can, 17 in widescreen, 3 g ram, its NICE lol. I got my taxes done after work and got part of my return that night. I plan on getting the kids a Wii next week when they rest of the money comes in, and *maybe* a trampoline when the weather turns and springs here. Also have to pay towards my debt to mom and dad, pay my car ins for the year, pay the hosp bill from my g/b surgery and a bill I owe from last year for Jessi's hearing test. My return was better than I thought it would be by about 1700$! Woohoo! I took a sick day today...ive got a massive migraine plus i have some things around here I need to do and I need to try and get to the store today too, but not sure that will happen. Its cold out, windy as heck, and dreary...IM so ready for summer....
